Whats up fellas? I am a new join to this forum and looking to start a cycle in the near future. I am hoping to receive some real knowledge from you individuals. Here are My Stats:

I have been lifting weights solidly for about two years up until ten months ago when i broke my wrist. Before then i was deployed to the stan and lifted religiously and took a seven week cycle of test e 250, 2 cc per week at the end of my deployment. My gains were phenomenol seeing that i had access to a chow hall and gourged everyday. My weight shot up to 225 from 208. and was a sexy beast. Fast forward back to America I got into a motorcycle accident that left me useless. For the next six months i sat and watched all my gains dwindle away. When I got back in the gym, about four months ago, i began to rebuild my muscle foundation for another cycle. This one consisted of 10cc of test e 400 for five weeks with some chinese pct at the end. The end results were respectable but no where near what I have experienced before, because lack of nutrition. Not done yet. About two months ago I got food poisoned and wound up in the hospital. Loss damn near twenty pounds and that is why I am at the weight I am now. Thanks for reading my sad sob story and now I am looking for some personal advice for taking a round of deca.

how safe is deca?

What should I take with it to make this cycle as safe as possible with as much dry gains as possible?

In my second cycle I experienced extreme muscle soreness at injection site unlike my first cycle. Are there ways to avoid this?

What should my diet look like?

What can i expect from taking this?
