Apparently, I have to have enough posts, then I can actually use keywords that set off the spam filter. Any experience/suggestions

If you try to use anything that would be in an email address or a website like a @ then you'll be stopped for spam.

Try posting in the nutrition section with your diet needs. This is how we all have to start. Rather then just post make it count and get your diet checked newbie

Read the rules. and those rules apply to everyone. Staff included.

Now, i think you need 45 days and 100 quality posts before that spam filter will allow certain things. That being said, there's always guys like me that will be watching your posts. Be careful.
