    Unhappy Help

    I got on this forum for help ... I really want to start taking dbol.. But do i have to stack it with other steriod ?

    I'm 28 and 205lbs

    Why dbol?

    Can we ask how long you've been training and your current diet?

    And yes, it's best to stack dbol w/another AAS.

    I've been training for 1 yr 3 months my current diet is 350 grams of proteins and about 380 carbs with a minimum of 1200 calories ... My friends have said to start with dbol ... But I was unsure of what to actually take ... Or stack it with

    1200 calories!?! That's my first shake of the day before I eat breakfast! If you're looking to gain weight, the place to start is what and how you eat. Dbol isn't going to compensate for a deficit of calories. You have to eat big and lift big if you want to be big.

    Dbol alone isn't a good idea.

    Please read the following over. I think you are a long way off from doing any steroid. You need to get you caloric intake up. 1200 minimum doesn't tell us enough and your "minimum" is going to need to be much higher.

    ^^^Read this again! 1200 calories should be consumed by noon (at least) for most guys looking to grow.

    Ummmm...By my calculations you are eating 2,840 calories already. Add 9 more for every gram of fat.
