Can we ask how long you've been training and your current diet?
And yes, it's best to stack dbol w/another AAS.
I've been training for 1 yr 3 months my current diet is 350 grams of proteins and about 380 carbs with a minimum of 1200 calories ... My friends have said to start with dbol ... But I was unsure of what to actually take ... Or stack it with
1200 calories!?! That's my first shake of the day before I eat breakfast! If you're looking to gain weight, the place to start is what and how you eat. Dbol isn't going to compensate for a deficit of calories. You have to eat big and lift big if you want to be big.Originally Posted by presib
Dbol alone isn't a good idea.
Please read the following over. I think you are a long way off from doing any steroid. You need to get you caloric intake up. 1200 minimum doesn't tell us enough and your "minimum" is going to need to be much higher.

^^^Read this again! 1200 calories should be consumed by noon (at least) for most guys looking to grow.
Are you sure about 28?
that's a typical question for an 18...
