Hi I have shipment #200059880 for Order #200063429, my tracking information says electronic shipping info received since when I ordered it on January 2nd. USPS said they don't have possession of the package so that means you guys do, can you please help me out on what's going on because I really need the package as soon as possible, thank you

USPS Is a joke. I wouldn't even bother tracking the item. I have items I've received months ago that still say they're sitting in transit.

Hi I have shipment #200059880 for Order #200063429 can you check my tracking info because it says undeliverable as address but I gave you the right address. When this happens they ship it back to the sender, an I really need this asap, so can you check it out and either give me my money back or send me another one since you guys are going to get it back.

Any information I find out about your order, I can not post here and you don't have enough posts to PM.
Also, we didn't get your address wrong...we print out whatever the customer inputs. If it's being returned to us because of undeliverable address then we need a new address to ship to. Did you forget an apartment number, maybe?

I contacted that email but they havnt answered and they usually take a while but I even double checked the address and its right and no missing apartment number because its a house, and I always get stuff shipped when I order other other things online without a problem this is the first time ever this has happened.
