Fastest way to increase squat strength???
I've been doing squats sets of 5x10 any way I can increase my strength faster i dont care much about building muscle in my legs just wanna lift heavy is there like a program I can follow ?
And how many times should I squat a week?
I've read the fastest way is 5x5 every other day is that true?

5 reps is generally the strength gain range idk if all of that is broscience but it works

I'll do 10 sets of 10 increasing the weight with every set. (Start with 65% of your max) You must have a reliable parter and a place you can throw up. I will help your squat weight though.
