question about donating blood.

I get blood tested before during and after a cycle. Is there a point for me to donate blood since im already getting blood out of me from my blood testing. I just heard it's good to donate blood when you run cycles. Thank you

They're only taking a few ml for a blood test, so that isn't making any difference.

...giving blood can be positive because it helps reduce your red blood cell count which may be elevated due to aas use, whereas a blood test requires so little blood that it doesn't make significant difference in your overall count.
