Gow to deal with bicep tendonitis?advise??

I've had bicep tendinitis for about 8 months now it was due to lifting too heavy on barbbell curls anyways I quit training biceps for 3 months and it still never healed fully. So I started working biceps again but I use a wrist strap and I can curl fine. But if I curl without the strap I still get the pain so I keep it on. Is there any advise? Is it just weak wrists? I'm the only I know of that has this problem

You need to stop putting further pressure on your biceps and immediately see a specialist for therapy.

Drugs won't heal it, they only help you deal with the symptoms.

Don't obsess yourself over this simple injury either, happens to lifters all the time, I have gone through shoulder and bicep tendonitis several times before, therapy always worked, allowing me to make a come back and continue lifting.

This is exactly why lifters should know about deloading and taking other forms of break from constant heavy training routines, there is only that much your body can take over time...
