A big Hi from India.
I am 31 years old and have been lifting some 4-5 years now. Planning to cut these last few pounds of fat through DNP. Its not for competition purposes, only for sheet vanity.
I understand that it is a serious drug and cannot be messed around with and have done tons of reading on our forums here and others on the internet and have spoken to a few Pros who have done it as well. I understand the risks and am willing to go along with it.
(A) Dosage: 200mg for the first 5 days, 400mg for the next 5-7 days thereafter. Any inputs here?
(B) Supplementation/ Ancilliaries:
Beta Carotene (30mg/ 25000-30000 IU)
Vit C (2-3g)
Vit E (800-1200 IU)
Calcium (1g-2g)
CoQ10 (30mg*3)
Antioxidant Complex
Potassium Citrate (2-4g)
Magnesium Citrate (1g)
Melatonin (If needed)
General Multivitamin
Benadryl
Calcium Pyruvate (2-4g)
Am I missing out on anything here?
(C) Diet: A bit of a grey area here. I am definitely carb-depleting 4-5 days prior to starting my first DNP dose. Once I get started, I would like to be on a Ketogenic Diet preferably or perhaps a High protein and Veggies diet. I am in a bit of a fix since I have read this approach is prone to Cataract problems. Plenty of users online have attested to it. I was wondering if adding Pyruvate would help circumvent the risk maximally.
Also, I got a few loose pointers about Dan Duchaine's recommendation of a Carb depletion and then DNP and then a carb load somewhere in between. But its all messed up in my head.
Your inputs would help tons here.
(D) Electrolyte Compensation: Does this mean both Sodium and Potassium? Drinking plenty of water is bound to affect both electrolytes right? Any cheap ways to include Sodium into the diet?
(E) Adding a Yoh or ECA to DNP for energy bumps, good or a bad idea? If a good idea, can fructose be safely avoided?
(F) Glycerol: is it the same as the cosmetic glycerine, and whether the latter is safe for internal consumption? Can Benadryl compensate?
Apologies if this post has landed in the wrong forum or is worded wrongly, in syntax or tone. English is not my first language and I have tried my best to convey my doubts and seek clarifications.
Thanks in advance to everyone, especially the seniors around here.
