    creatine and aas= anabolic heaven??

Google can i stack creatine with steroids . There is what id like to think of as a great article titled creatine+steroids? The article says and i quote "taking creatine while on cycle or not could be the difference between good gains and massive gains".

Side note: Also read in muscle&body that creatine should be taken in 6 month cycles 5 months on and 1 month off to help keep creatine supplements effective.

Read the article if u havent already. Would love to hear what u guys think about this.

Go to this site and read up on creatine. All you need to know is there. It's arguably the best, unbiased vitamin site out there. Save it to your favorites:

    Creatine is awesome!

That's better than nothing I guess. But it has nothing to do with pct unless your just looking to mitigate some lbm loss.

I never get bloated from it and have had good results. But I can't disagree with Dan either. We all respond differently to these substances...

I run 10g a day on cycle. Seems like a good time while your body needs the fuel and recovery. I got 2.2 lbs of pharmaceutical mono off eBay for 14$ delivered!

Correct me if im wrong but looking at what ive read about creatine and my understanding of how it works leads me to believe its impossible to be a creatine non-responder.

About 30-40% of people people are Creatine non-responders, apparently.

Sucks to be them since Creatine Mono has been the closest thing to AAS in terms of strength & overall performance in my experience...

Yes, many years back I had attempted to use all kinds of different forms of Creatine that all claimed to work better than the ones that came before it. I tried Creatine monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Kre-Alkalyn, etc. you name it.

Each time, I started to get kidney pains in my lower back region. This was at reccomended doses. Went to the doctor, got a urine test, and it was determined that I was pissing out ALL the Creatine I was taking because according to my doctor at the time, my body was already naturally topped up with Creatine stores and therefore any extra was being pissed out, causing my kidneys to work overtime. Upon terminating use, the kidney pains went away.

I've seen articles explaining how creatine non-responders don't exist but i'm not convinced, as there were a few things mentioned that don't make sense and very little to no references to real data.

I started using creatine in August. Noticed good gains after 2 weeks or so. Wondered if it was a coincidence, stopped using it 2 weeks ago, and now feel drained at the gym. Definitely works for me.

Wow, but its not necessarily that ur a non-responder u just cant take anymore in cause ur body doesnt need it. Which is a good thing.

Well, that was according to my doctor's idea on what was happening considering the results. It may possible that I am urinating out all the Creatine for a totally different reason.
