    Question on dbol and test e cycle!! First timer.

    Trying to get some advice on how to diet while on dbol and test e.. Ive done other cycles, but none for bulking, so i kept a clean diet thru them. Clean meaning healthy, high protein high carbs. Just wanted to know if my diet while on dbol should be any different. Stats: 5"9/ 170 lbs/ 25/ under 12%bf. this will be my fourth cycle, before my first i weighed 140lbs. Thanks.

    I have ran cycle with dbol, if anything you need to probably up your water intake by x 2 . And it's gonna make you feel hungry hungry. It up'ed my cal intake. Dbol is a protein synthesis. So it keeps protein I. Your body longer. So eat plenty of protein. But keep in mind protein to liver/kidney area can be harsh. This is why you need to drink water x2 or even x3. . Post your diet in nutrition area and ask the professionals.

    So be sure to also use your proper amounts of hcg AI and proper pct

    Well, glad you're asking about diet cause after 3 cycles your diet has been off for a long time. Good news is a good diet will probably do just as much for you as those last cycles were. If not more.

    Hit the Nutrition Section and post your current stats and diet. They will help you get on track. You can do it here if you like but that Forum specializes in that category.

    I ran a test c300 with 50mg/day of dbol and gained 20 lbs. I'm in middle of my PCT right now so have not lost anything yet . But about 90% of everything is diet.

    I'm up 23lbs and I'm 4 days into the third week of test e 500/week dbol 50mg ED. I love dbol

    I've been trying to hit roughly 3500cal a day but its been tricky as I work out of town. Not the cleanest diet that's for sure. Also started training with my cousin who's a power lifter so he's been kicking my butt I to shape. Huge change from the typical body building routine.

    thanks. I thought I did pretty good. i was more excited than anything at one point i wast 21 (i think) weighing around 135 lol. everyone would tell me how skinny i looked but i never really saw it cus i was so useto it. from my last cycles after loosing partial gains ive been able to keep 30lbs of lean muscle. im happy but not satisfied. didnt really understand what you meant about my diet beign off for a long time.

    are you splitting your dosages or are you taking 50mg's all at once?

    I did all 50 at once. It was oral so when I woke up i would bite pill in half, chew half and swollow other half. That way it was outta the way and working with the food I ate that day.

    oh ok.. ive read that its good to take if 2 hrs before your workout, that you get a crazy pump.. u ever try that?

    Me personally no, since dbol works with water and a protein synthesis, makes no sense to me. Plus I have a pre workout drink that I like to use.

    Me personally I have 10mg pills so I spread mine out one every four hours or so. On workout days I take two of the five about an hour before the workout.

    I like to keep the bloods as level as possible.

    Ya see I have 50 mg pills so I couldn't really split dosage that much haha.

    yea i also have the 50mg pills. they were a better deal than the 10mgs. i was getting a weeks supply more with the bottle of 50mg's.

    In the long run I'm sure it won't make much of a difference anyway :P it's fun stuff, I love watching the scale jump haha. Even if its mostly water

    Yea i know but i tried taking my question to the nutrition forums.. Not sure if i did it right or not its my first time using this site
