Average gains from test c only cycle?
What's up brahs
I'm about to start a test c only cycle soon and wanted to ask what are the gains like on test c.
When does test c kick in and start to give full effect?
And is it okay if I mix test e with test c?

It's dependent on many factors like diet training rest cardio etc.

There are two types of gains:
1) Size/Mass
2) Strength
Due to arthritas in my back, i've been extremely limited as to how much weight I can add beyond 240. But the strength gains, regardless of the weight gains, is significant. In my experience, gains in strenth of 40% on cycle are not unusual. Try to hang on to that post cycle is another issue.

It is another one of those things "THAT DEPENDS"
Is this your first cycle? If it IS I say as long as you are eating optimally meaning PLENTY OF GOOD CALORIES and training Right MEANING WITH INTENSITY DEDICATION AND FOCUS you can for sure put on 15 solid pounds of muscle in a first cycle. Can be way more but if its less you should look at your behavior during cycle for the culprit.

no way to answer. Depends on your diet and training like everyone else said. Also depends on how advanced you are before the cycle. If its someone who really waited and near their genetic max they will gain less then some small fry who just jumps on a cylce
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I went from 184 pounds to 244 pounds. I ate 3.5k cals per day of anything I cound get my hands on. LBM gained was slightly over 15 pounds. The rest was water and fat pretty much down to a even ratio.
It all depends, typical is about 10-15 from everything I have seen.

To find out. That's the reason I won't post pics and I calculated my body fat on the Internet
On a body fat calculator and it said I'm at 8% body fat maybe it could be false but my abs are visible
And I think I have low body fat percentage. But why are you saying that I could not gain 20 pounds off
That cycle it was my first cycle and your first cycle is your golden cycle if you do it right and I sure did it
Right eat a lot trained hard and got a lot of sleep and I did not keep 20 pounds after pct I lost 10.
But maybe certain people can't possess such godly genetics.

Zyzz is back to life! I wish, anyway, yea i have a friend who gained 25lbs on a test e cycle and a friend that gained 10lbs on the same cycle, the difference was the way they trained and the diet. Its up to you, more effort=better results.
