Like Gixx said, an AI like Aromasin or Arimidex should be included. Raloxifene is popular too, instead of Nolva.
Raloxifene is dosed typically at 60-80mgs/day. Your AI is similar to on cycle protocols.

Can i take the nova while im on test and deca? Ive got an ai on hand armixyl. I upped dosage today to 3mg/day.

You should be using the AI ON CYCLE. Keeping it in hand does nothing for you. USE IT!
Why are you dosing at 3mg/day!?! That's way too much! If the arimixyl is true anastrozole, 0.25-.5mg EOD is more than enough. There are consequences to running AIs at high doses.

The ai i am using at this time. It is kalpa pharm arimixyl. I was taking. 5mg eod. Now im taking 1 mg ed as of yesterday.

Don't run that dose any more than 14 days at the very most. 7 should suffice.
