Why do so many newbies try to make it so difficult? Did you jump on a speed bike and run a race the first time you ever rode? We all need to start with training wheels and grow into our cycle for several reasons but the most important is health. You body is still growing and producing it's own test. you are going to be shutting it down so it's best to start out slow and easy so it's easier to recover and see how your body reacts. You really dont want to do one big cycle then have some serious health issues/side effect and not be able to cycle again, have ED, extreme acne or ???
I agree with the rest, a little young but if you are going to do it start with a simple test cycle and really 500 is a little high. I think 400 is a good starting place and if you are in shape and have a good diet you will see good gains with minimal sides.
