On Trt.. taking 150 to 200ml a week cypionate.. how much anti estrogen stuff ?

Ok just did my first injection ever yesterday.. did 150 ml

T levels were at 270.

I'm 35, 225, pounds,

How much of an anti estogen do I need to take?

I read that healthy Trt schedule is generally getting 10mg per day with a balnce of 1 mg per day of anti estrogen stuff.

So ten to 1 ratio right.. take a fraction of a pill ?

What anti estrogens you guys reccomend?

Is the TRT clinic not providing the AI? Many will actually prescribe Adex for AI as part of the service.

Typical dose is .25mg EOD or .5mg 2x a week.

True KP. Some guys don't need an AI at low TRT doses. I believe JohnnyVegas mentioned he doesn't need an AI on TRT.

Or just the opposite I can look at the test in the bottle and my estrogen goes up.
You should be monitoring blood work and dose as needed. Not just guessing.

I know the board has other opinions But please. Trt? I'm pretty sure that means you're replacing to natural levels? I Think its ridiculous to take something just in case that very rare chance there is a problem which there wont be. Keep some nolva on hand as emergency backup but seriously nothing is going to go wrong you shouldn't take adex or another air for no good reason.
