How do you sleep on deca?
I sleep terrible on it. Just wondering about everyone else

It keeps me up but not as bad as tren . I just smoke a LOT of dog shit.......

Deca has insomnia symptoms?
Im strongly unaware of this wow. My experiences on deca never had issues like this, but than again i hate deca with a passion, since my previous experiences.

Had the Same thing going. I would fall asleep for about 2 hours then be wide awake for like 3 or 4
So is started taking a night time cold medicine that required 2 pills. I'd take one about 8:30 fall asleep around
9:30 and sleep solid til I had to get up at 530 for work. But no groggy problems cause I was only taking half a dose
And only taking it on heights I had to work the next day.

I did a cycle of Deca and had no problems sleeping

Have had no problems sleeping when I've taken deca but let's ask a few questions here:
1. What time are you working out?
2. Are you taking any preworkouts, stimulants, or clen ? If you are, at what time?
3. How many hours are you sleeping a night?
4. Do you nap?
5. Have you thought about taking melatonin or neuromag as a supplement to help with the insomnia?

Currently I'm on sust 500/wk and 300mg deca . I love deca. Definitely affects my sleep though. Much more than test alone. I fall asleep good, I take .25mg trazodone, but toss and turn all night. I work out around 1030 am, I quit all pre workouts. I drink a coup,e cups coffee in the morning. That's all though. I shoot for 8 hours sleep a night, usually passing out around 10pm. I have always had weird sleep. Hence the trazodone. Thanks for the replies dudes

This sounds corny but it works for me. I use a self hypnosis app to relax myself into sleep.

I'm on a low dose of Deca at 200mg/week mostly to soothe my aching joints, but at that dose in addition to 600mg T-Cyp per week, I sleep like a stone. The only thing I've noticed about Deca is that it gives me vivid dreams. I'm not typically a dreamer, only on Deca.

Im on deca right now, my sleep patterns are exactly the same, I am nuerotic about trying to get 8hrs of sleep a night so if I'm having trouble sleeping I take an otc unisom, works amazing!!!

I don't know about you, but I come on this site to talk/learn about AAS. It's not to hear tips on how to fit a stoner lifestyle in there. If you want to talk about ways to use that drug to help you get to sleep (among other uses), there are plenty of drug boards that encourage that behaviour. This just isn't one, so let's just be respectful of the rules here and not. Agreed?

To answer your question I too had trouble with my last test deca cycle. I was using 750mg test and 500mg of deca. The most AAS I've ever used. Not sure if it was just using a lot total or the deca?
I do train in the evening and usually use a pre workout, but I discontinued that and it didn't help much.
Never figured out what it was or how to fix it.

I tried that sh*t a while ago and it completely stuffed my diet for the duration. Also felt very weak and lazy at the gym and my workouts suffered, not to mention coughing my lungs out during cardio.
Never again.
Wer here to get advise on improving our bodies, not filling it with a drug known and proved for its hazards.

Wow, this is too much. There is a thought process called singleness of purpose. So that's why the majority of us are here for and just that. Bodybuilding, diet, sleep, training schedules, workout plans, and talk about how people can enhance they're bodies. Also of course what we know about steroid use . So if it doesn't have to do with singleness of topics, then there are other places, forums, doctors etc.. We all know or get to know the guidelines (rules) so why push any discussion other, than that purpose. If it is off color to the purpose the back off. A little humor or some cool pics and celebrations etc.. we all enjoy to hear. That's my take on it, like it or not.
