First Cycle nothing To Special - May help other 1st timers 2 minimise side effects

Very new to this whole idea.

    I’m 32, 6ft2 and 78kg - Visit the gym 3 times a week for 6 months. Fairly healthy diet.
Not got any real results from the gym.
Fairly tall and Slim. Looking NOT to become huge and Arnold like. However I want to get some "noticeable" results from my efforts.

I have seen many cycles, read lots of good and bad about various pills, side effects, and all this varies with the QTY's taken. As a result other pills need to taken in conjunction to help counter act some effects.

I have found this site a fantastic source of information, however the forums I have struggled to find my answer to this question.

I’m looking to take the safest cycle I can find, that still gives me the "noticeable" results I want.
To be more specific, not looking for massive muscles or people to think his on the gear. Just "noticeable" results.
I want to minimise any side effects and ensure the (can I call them) "risks" are minimal.
After reading and talking to people this is what I have been recommended.
    Pills
Dinabol x 30mg per day for 8 weeks
    PCT
    Nolvadex x 20mg (qty 30)

I have been also recommended combining this with other pills, but as mentioned, I want to minimise side effects in every way.

Can I have some opinions please; also anyone else tried just these 2 combinations?

    Thanks

    Jason

Dbol alone is bad cycle and not safest at all!
    8weeks will kill your liver!

    Do a simple test cycle:

    1-12 test E or C 400-500mg/week
    1-12 adex .25mg eod
1-until 4 days before starting PCT run HCG at 250iu twice a week.

    PCT 14days after last pin.

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

THIS IS SAFEST YOU CAN DO!

Dont forget strict diet and heavy duty workout!!!

EDIT at your height 78kg is very poor to cycle at all should get to 95 naturally!

    What's your bodyfat%?

78kg at your height suggests a poor bulking diet. Can you list your current bulking diet including macro's?

D'bol only cycles are a complete waste of time and money. The water weight you gain will be quickly lost.

3 days a week at the gym and you expected to gain size?
Your training schedule is sparse and I would imagine you have spent equal amount of time on diet. AAS will do nothing until you fix training and nutrition.

I really don't want to sound like a prick, but I really feel you need to learn more about what works for you as far as bulking up naturally before you attempt to use steroids. 3 days a week may be good for the first 2 months to get yourself acclimated, but why not lift more often if you want noticeable results? And if you didn't even get good noob gains then that leads me to believe that your "fairly healthy" diet is a euphemism for totally inadequate diet. If you are gonna do a cycle you should definitely stick to the simple Test E cycle that Gaspaco laid out, but if you don't get the lifting routine and diet in check, don't expect any magic gains, or to actually keep whatever gains that you do get.

Regardless, I'd still say your diet and training aren't up to par.

For all you non European/Aussies that's about 187lbs.
