    Talking 3rd Cycle Help

    1st Cycle

    Ran 250 Test E/Week/10 Weeks

    2nd Cycle

    Ran 500 Test E/Week/10 Weeks

    3rd Cycle

    500 Test E/Equipose???

    Not sure where to head for this one. Need endurance and a bit more strength but need endurance more. Having Doc take care of PCT so no need for PCT help. KEPT ALL GAINS FR FIRST 2 cycles. Is this common?

    Long story short. Trying to hit Crossfit games. VERY close to qualifying times but whatever Froning is on I meed to be too. Help???

    No need for EQ, ever.

    How were your results on 500mg/week?

    Ridiculous. Squat went up another almost 100 lbs. Stats are from Pre secomd cycle

    Squat 315/425
    Deadlift 475/550
    Press 185/210
    Snatch 185/250
    1 mile run 4:36/5:20

    Kept all gains? That's quite the miracle. Unless it was 5 lbs I'm not sure how you accomplished that. Anyway, if your last cycle worked so well, why change it? Endurance will come in due time with steady training and you can count on test for strength.
