On First Cycle, Need Advice On When It Kicks In
Hi All
Im on my first cycle 5 weeks in and wondered when I should be seeing any power increases as I have yet to see any.
Im 43 and have been exercising for many years, I go to the gym average 5 days a week, I am fit and healthy, i dont drink alcohol or smoke and my diet has always been good, i eat the usual fish, chicken, nuts, olive oil, whole grain bread, oats, vegetables, fruits, pasta, potatos etc and this is a daily thing.
I take creatine every morning with one Omego-3 Fish Oil 1000mg capsule, I take my protien twice a day with milk. I take one 1000mg milk thistle daily too. I am very shaped so there is no problems but i have been at a plateu for years, I decided to try a cycle and push myself past my plateu and this is where I need the advice.
I started with 30mg of dianabol per day for week one then went to 50mg per day and continued until week 5 but I had no increase in power at any point, i did take 0.5mg anas eod for the first couple of weeks, my diet is good and I simply increased this so I have gained around 8lbs in this time but im sure this is due to the extra amount i am eating intentionally and althought i drink around a gallon of water a day i pass out a gallon at the other end. I had no bloat and no acne problems etc. I asked my seller why this was and they said it was because you only get the extra stegnth from dianabol from the water retention and as i was taking 0.5mg of anas this was stopping the water retention and hence no power gains which is why i stopped the anas after a couple of weeks but still had no power gains at all by week 5.
I started 1ml 300mg deca and 1ml 300mg test enth monday and thursday, i have just finished week 5 and still not one feel of any power gain, the weights i lift and can lift pushing until i feel i would explode has not changed one bit from week one to week 5.
So my question is does this sound like i simply have duff stuff or am i expecting too much too early ? on a ten week cycle i am half way through the cycle with no gains in strenth what so ever.

agreed, sounds confusing. You used d-bol for 5 weeks then test and deca for 5 weeks?
At 50mg of d-bol you should have had some strength gains. Even though you really didnt use it properly. Sounds like you got bad shit. And your source is BS you about taking the a-dex. Even though you probably took more then you neededIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I did 50 mg dbol a day but drank about 2 1/2 gallons water a day. And shoved protein down throat like no other.. But you also need to be lifting heavy heavy weights low reps. Like 3 sets 5-8 reps but max weight ! Then next time you hit that muscle area add 10 lbs

Sorry i didnt explain it properly, i started the dbol at week one and i started the test enth and deca at week one too, i stopped the dbol at the end of last week (week 5) but i am continuing the test and deca until week ten with two jabs per week.. and i was going with tamoxifen for pct but i have got in nolva & clomid now but i think at this rate im not going to need it lol, we live and learn so thanks for the advice guys, i will continue the next 5 weeks and see if this test deca kicks in and maybe it was just the dbol that didnt work, then try something different next time, i really appreciate the advice, big thanks again guys

So you are 5 weeks in? I would suggest running an AI and HCG for the rest of the cycle up to pct and then run nolva and clomid for pct.
