    If you start a pin on sunday evenings, when should your next pin be?

    Normally we pin monday morning and thursday evening. but now we cant pin those exact times.

    So if we pin sunday evening, when would be the best time for the second pin?

    Of you do Sunday night you'll still be fine for Wednesday or Thursday.

    If you want to do 3,5day protocol than it is thursday am and sunday pm.
