when does the heavy eating need to be started on test E cycle??
Hi,
Starting a Test Enanthate cycle soon... 250mg/ x 2 times per week for 10 weeks...
Im am aware that it takes a few weeks to kick in...
My question is...
Should i be eating really heavily from day 1 of pinning or start after lets say 2 weeks???
I dont want to be filling my face, putting on fat when my body doesnt nescessarily need that extra amonut of calories!

Yes. You should even be heavily eating before if you are trying to gain. Eat. Food is more anabolic than that test E.

Ah i know that, I am eating heavily enough at the moment... but obviously Kcal intake will need to increase while juicing, im just wondering about letting it be nearer to kicking in or starting eating like a maniac when from your very first pinning???

Start eating clean from the start. No fatty foods.

The "heavy eating" should be started for several years before the cycle is attempted. and then increased based on the new LBM during and after cycle. Then the "diet" should be continued permanently to retain muscle mass.

You have to constantly monitor your fat levels and then adjust calories based on that.
Test E will have kicked in right from your first injection, so you are "on". You might not have an appreciable "bodybuilding" Test level for a few weeks, but there is more test in your system now, however little.
Don't call it "heavy eating". It makes you sound like someone who shouldn't be juicing.

Im in my 10th week of test e cycle. Ive gained 18lbs in 2 months and Im leaner. It's taken me some time to dial in my eating correctly. I eat clean, very clean and have through out. In terms of hunger my appetite was colossal from the ist week. Now, I eat the same foods for breaky every day, lunch is similar and dinner has 5-6 changes. I eat every 2-3 hours and finish with a shake before bed. Good luck

I would head over to the Nutrition Section and post my diet for those guys and gals to have a look at. If anythings off, they'll tweak it and get you on the right track.
