    so is shutdown shutdown ?

someone runs 400mg test and 60mg anavar for 10 weeks are they guna be shut down exactly the same as someone who does a cycle of 1000mg test & 600mg deca for 10 weeks therefor they should recover the same and as shutdown is shutdown you could use the same PCT for both ??? i always thought that deca and tren shut you down "harder" than any other compounds but now im reading that is not true ??

No it really is not IMHO, as I just posted in the other thread, I think the problem is that there is a lot more going on in the human body as a result of AAS usage than just the change commonly called shutdown. So until we first document all of these changes and then coin a term to define these changes its IMHO really a bad thing to say Shutdown is Shutdown and leave it at that, when so many accept the term Shutdown as a description of the changes that take place to the body and need to be recovered from. Cleary using different compounds and different doses for different amounts of time can cause different changes in the body so until we put a name on this we need to be very careful in our answers as many will misenterpret this answer as meaning the damage is the same.
