I been losing weight pretty steady now working out and cardio lifting hard 7 months now on an off last few years- I know I have to get lower bf before I start right now I am around 17% I am only eat 1400-1500 cals a day to cut bf stats 35 yrs 189lbs once I get to a good bf% how long after I increase cal intake and should a wait before starting teste cycle
