Hello. I am 5' 10" 185lbs and 32 years old. I have been working out and staying in shape since freshman year. I have been lifting two to three times a week for an hour or two basically my whole life. I have never taken anything except a protein shake before the gym. The thing is i am getting older and i really want to get built for this coming summer. I just feel like i have plateaued, so i got some stuff and want to hit the gym hard and get results. Please give me some pointers on how i should run this stuff. I have six vials of Test Cyp 10ml 250mg and one vial of Nandrolone decanoate 10ml 200mg and 40 oxandrolone pills 50mg. What is a good game plan? Feedback please.
