    Question on clen

    Hey guys,
    Just started my first clen cycle about a week in, was just wondering how do you start your 2nd cycle, after 2 weeks off. So far I've gone-
    40mcg
    40mcg
    60mcg
    60mcg
    80mcg
    80mcg
    100mcg
    100mcg
    120mcg

    Should I just stay at 120 till the 2 weeks are up and then have 2 weeks off then start at 120mcg for 2 weeks straight, or do I taper down the when I start taper back up?

    my clen cycle was
    week 1 - 40mcg / day
    week 2 - 60mcg / day
    week 3 - 80mcg / day
    week 4 - 80mcg / day
    week 5 - 80mcg / day
    week 6 - 40mcg / day
    week 7 - off
    week 8 - off
    week 9 - off

    Then start over.
    I was told to increase slowly, and decrease slowly. Not to just start and stop from a full 100mcg.
    Another option I have not yet used, is to take benadryl twice a day during the entire cycle.
    Taking benadryl prevents the body from becoming accustomed to the Clenbuterol .
    So on benadryl, you can continue your clen cycle without interuption

    depends how you handle the sides, i handle them well and just start at 120mcg from day 1 to day 14, no tapering..

    Thanks guys, I only plan on doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off then start again.
    So far the only sides I've gotten are shakey hands really. A few small cramps and sweating alot other then that I love it, got some good results already, lost 4kgs in a week and a half. So far I've gone up to about 140mcg and I've been fine..

    I was thinking just step up 20mcg per day ad step down 20mcg per day..?

    I personally start right back at 120mcgs on week two.


    How do you know you are fine? How are you checking yourself? Hope not by sides.

    How should I be checking myself?


    I just haven't been feeling different than normal, no headaches or muscle pains, no pains at all. Just noticed getting puffed easy and feeling hot other than that nothing really..

    You're a machine. At 80mcg I'm shaking like a leaf, my resting heart rate's past 90 bpm, and I cold sweating all day. I hate the way clen makes me feel but I love the way it makes me look. If you're not feeling anything at 120mcg, 1) you got bunk gear or 2) you handle clen really well. Just run your cycle and see how you.

    check your body temp to see if it increased. also check your resting heart rate to see if it increased.

    I noticed when I diet and do clen (as opposed to doing it during PCT) my body comes a little more sensitive and when I jump back on after two weeks off I drop it down to 100 mcgs a day and adjust from there. Checking your body temp (as t-dogg stated^^^^^) is a great tool in determing when clen starts to lose its effectiveness. I don't get a solid two week cycle in before I start to lose body temp at a dose of 160 mcgs and at that point, I just start my two week break.
