What is everyones opinion on my first cycle I plan on doing?
Test E 300,500, or 600 mg.. per week. What does everyone recommend? For a 12 week cycle.
PCT: Nolva- 40 40 20 20. weeks after the cycle I'll start the PCT.
My diet has been really good lately. Getting all my macros.

300 a week with excellent diet and training will be good. 500 would be better. I would go with 500. You should make excellent gains if eventing elseis in order

I would do 400-500mg/week as a first run!
You will need an AI adex 0.25mg eod or aromasine 12,5mg eod for estro control and sides.
Add HCG to cycle, week 1-until 4day before starting PCT, 250iu twice a week, to recover faster after PCT.
Your PCT is weak add CLOMID!

I would also add clomid but dosed 50/50/25/25.
Not a fan of using big doses of clomid due to sides and everyone I know including myself has recovered perfectly from that clomid dose alongside nolva at 40/40/20/20

Thanks everybody. I will look into the clomid for sure. I know I'm young, but I'm willing to take the risk because I want to be a competitive bodybuilder. I've read those threads already and I understand the risks.

hey just started my 1st cycle , monday done 1ml test eth into right glute, my friend also done same amount from same vile as he didnt have his own stuff until this wkend. i followed all sterile procedures while injecting no needle sharing etc . tuesday was slightly sore but by thursday was agony not an acute pain it was more all over. done another shot thursday into left glute pain isnt as bad but something just feels weird no redness or visable lump but deep down feels sore i have got fluxoclillin aswell to try and help . my friend was in pain for 1 day but after that was fine and took another shot with me thursday and is fine ! has any1 else had this problem ?? will i still be getting the effects of the test into my system ??

New generation is looking for shortcut lol a magic pill, isn't gonna happen, spent years in gym and at the age of 30 still didn't even touch gear. Looking into it now, Grow natural first, you have a lot to grow, don't stop your natural growth, do gym naturally with supps diet and good combination of exercises for at least 5 to 7 more years and then think about it,
Frankly teenagers are just fked up, you go on YouTube, type steroids and most steroids videos come up with a teenager telling you how to inject juice into your body , really??
Education is required here. It's been months I got test-e from my friend, sitting in my room, didn't use it because I want to be sure what exactly I am putting myself into and I am double of your age, more strong, more experienced.
My advise, be patient and grow naturally first, you are too young to use this man .
