Tren.. PLEASE HELP
i'm an 18 year old freshman in college and i play college basketball. i am about 5'9" 160 and need to put on about 20lbs to be taken seriously in this level of basketball. a lot of my older teammates took Tren back when it was legal and it bulked them up real fast. right now im just taking protein, creatine, and post workout and can't seem to gain weight. i'm about as cut as im going to get but we do so much running its hard for me to keep weight on. just wanted to hear some input on Tren or maybe a less extreme alternative. thanks

Welcome. This is a very bad idea bro. Sounds to me like you have a serious diet related issue. post your question in our diet section for some help with the pro's.

No steroid is a good idea at your age.
You should research the effects of AAS on the undeveloped endocrine & HPTA.

how many should i consume?? i mean do i need to gain fat and then try to turn it to muscle or what? is there anything to speed the cycle up?

If you care about the long term health of your HPTA you won't even consider AAS for about another 6 years. It can have very debilitating, long term effects on many aspects of your health.
Op, you've heard from some very well educated and informed veteran members of this board. Take the advice.

Here is the deal...
You can run all the gear in the world, if your diet is not fixed, you will not gain anything. AAS has to be fed properly in order for it to work. It merely amplifies your results, but only if you feed it. This is why people must learn to eat before they cycle. It's not magic.
Good luck.

You've already been told what you should do.
And by the way, if you're too lazy to do some self preserving research, then how the fvck do you expect to excel as an athlete, laziness & ambition are like oil & water.

We are not trying to lecture you and if you're not interested in researching anything you have no business even asking. Steroids can be harmful at your age especially when handled without any basic knowledge of how they work and the very real risks.

This kind of attitude is going to get you no where fast. You came here asking for advice, we didn't seek you out.
First, i'm surprised any of your buddies could play ball w/tren 's cardio history.
Secondly, it's been mentioned about your age and i agree.
I'll end it here although i could go on and on, your diet sucks. You need to re evaluate the staples of a good routine.
Now, i don't need a lecture either. But ^^^^ those are truths!

T.T. everyone has told you what to do. Visit the nutrition forum. If your dead set on AAS then visit another forum.

Every signal person that had posted in your thread had tried to help in some fashion, for some reason, you can't see that. You've been advised what not to do & you've been advised as to what you should do.
And by the way, Muscle Ink is a licensed doctor / M.D.............maybe you want to listen now..........?Last edited by The Bear 79; 01-13-2013 at 09:17 PM.

Hit the nutrition forum as suggested. Learn how to eat and lift and the gains you seek WILL come!

If you would like some help / advice, we have a nutrition section that is second to none, & its full of very knowledgeable members that know proper nutrition inside out. Post your current diet & goals in that section & let them take you under their wing young grasshopper..............
After that, check out the training / lifting techniques section to get your training routine tuned in.
If you would like any particular member in this thread to help you, just ask, I'm sure any of them would be happy to meet you in the diet & training sections.
Good luck.
