Thread: Tren.. PLEASE HELP

  1. #1

    Tren.. PLEASE HELP

i'm an 18 year old freshman in college and i play college basketball. i am about 5'9" 160 and need to put on about 20lbs to be taken seriously in this level of basketball. a lot of my older teammates took Tren back when it was legal and it bulked them up real fast. right now im just taking protein, creatine, and post workout and can't seem to gain weight. i'm about as cut as im going to get but we do so much running its hard for me to keep weight on. just wanted to hear some input on Tren or maybe a less extreme alternative. thanks

Nutrition drives weight gains and loses. If you aren't gaining weight, then you aren't consuming enough calories above your TDEE and steroids won't fix that.

Moreover, at 18 years of age the risks outweigh the benefits and tren is certainly not a beginners AAS!!!!

Welcome. This is a very bad idea bro. Sounds to me like you have a serious diet related issue. post your question in our diet section for some help with the pro's.

No steroid is a good idea at your age.

You should research the effects of AAS on the undeveloped endocrine & HPTA.

  9. #9

  10. #10

If you care about the long term health of your HPTA you won't even consider AAS for about another 6 years. It can have very debilitating, long term effects on many aspects of your health.

Op, you've heard from some very well educated and informed veteran members of this board. Take the advice.

    Here is the deal...

You can run all the gear in the world, if your diet is not fixed, you will not gain anything. AAS has to be fed properly in order for it to work. It merely amplifies your results, but only if you feed it. This is why people must learn to eat before they cycle. It's not magic.

    Good luck.

You've already been told what you should do.

And by the way, if you're too lazy to do some self preserving research, then how the fvck do you expect to excel as an athlete, laziness & ambition are like oil & water.

Yes, you do need a lecture. If you spent five minutes researching you could have answered your own questions. Hit the nutrition forum here and the gurus there will help you with your nutrition. It's all about nutrition and training.

    ^^^Precisely!

Bear will be the first to tell you most people trying to gain lean mass only eat 1/2-1/3 of their required food/calories to gain weight.

.....and nothing happens fast. It takes time and commitment to build lean muscle.

We are not trying to lecture you and if you're not interested in researching anything you have no business even asking. Steroids can be harmful at your age especially when handled without any basic knowledge of how they work and the very real risks.

This kind of attitude is going to get you no where fast. You came here asking for advice, we didn't seek you out.

First, i'm surprised any of your buddies could play ball w/tren's cardio history.

Secondly, it's been mentioned about your age and i agree.

I'll end it here although i could go on and on, your diet sucks. You need to re evaluate the staples of a good routine.

Now, i don't need a lecture either. But ^^^^ those are truths!

i have no idea what any of this means honestly and between school and basketball and life i honestly just don't have the time to put into this right now. im not lazy i dont lack ambition im a fvcking 5'9" white point guard trying to keep up with these freak athlete black point guards now a days. like i said im not here for the lecture but i figure y'all know what you're talking about and am looking for some advice not what i am doing wrong.. if you don't feel like helping then don't but i rather you tell me what i should do instead of telling me im lazy for asking.

We are helping. If you're coming here looking for someone to say "here, take this", without thinking about your health first, then you're in the wrong forum. That's not what we do here.

As said by multiple people, YOU AREN'T EATING NEARLY ENOUGH, guaranteed!

No one is telling you that ur lazy, they're telling u the right thing to do and what to do to elevate your physical status in a safe manner. It's just not what you want to hear. Get ur diet in check, abandon the steroid idea.

Every signal person that had posted in your thread had tried to help in some fashion, for some reason, you can't see that. You've been advised what not to do & you've been advised as to what you should do.

And by the way, Muscle Ink is a licensed doctor / M.D.............maybe you want to listen now..........?

Lol, credentials aside.....Bear is a beast and he eats more in a day than most people eat in three days. His success comes from knowing how to eat, how much to eat and training correctly. Any steroid use would make his great dedication even better - but only because he knows how to feed his muscles!

Some of the most knowledgable guys are here. You can learn more from these guys than any of your friends or buddies. If really desire success, then chose one of these guys as your "mentor" and learn everything you can and duplicate their success.

Hit the nutrition forum as suggested. Learn how to eat and lift and the gains you seek WILL come!

If you would like some help / advice, we have a nutrition section that is second to none, & its full of very knowledgeable members that know proper nutrition inside out. Post your current diet & goals in that section & let them take you under their wing young grasshopper..............

After that, check out the training / lifting techniques section to get your training routine tuned in.

If you would like any particular member in this thread to help you, just ask, I'm sure any of them would be happy to meet you in the diet & training sections.

    Good luck.
