Progress check
I've used a few times I've been working out 2 years now,i started at 5'11 150lbs 14.25 arm 15" neck not shure on chest, 13" calf max on bench press 160lbs
Currently- 15.50-16.50 on arms 16.50 on neck 44"chest,14" calfs,24"thighs, 13" forearm, 195l max bench press 310lbs. I'm 21 1/2 years old
I started out not knowing anythang and learned as I went, past 8 months I've got married and had a baby, so I've not been as dedicated as I would've liked too been the whole 2years..
But over all what do yal thank about my general progress? By the way I'm all triceps bad genetics in the biceps..

I weigh 195lbs now looking too hit 210 in the next 3-4 months I'm still 5'11

What have you used in the 2 years you have been lifting?

After about 8 months I used a prohormone for about 4 weeks, after about a year I used tren 50mg evod and 250mg sus alecery 4days for 3weeks quit because of complications, after about 16 months I did deca and sus 400 mgs each aweek for 8week it blew me up and after I lost mostly all because of work but recovered it because of good diet..haven't used since then I would say 8months since then..

Igot too 198lbs on the deca and sus begining of last summer that's my avatar pic my face was fat I got down too 182 because of job, I thank I look better now at 195

You are 21.5 years old and based on your previous post you have no idea what you are doing. Did you PCT off of any of the above mentioned cycles? You jumped from a PH to a Tren and Sust cycle for 3 weeks? Did you PCT off of the Sust 400 and deca cycle? You lost all of your gains from the Sust and Deca cycle, but gained it back just by diet?
I would recommend that you take a lot more time off from AAS and definitely do more research before you touch anymore AAS. You are way to young to have been taking them in the first place. At your age and hoping that you did not destroy your HPTA, you should be able to get where you want to be through a good diet and training.

Your absolutely right..I got on here a few months ago and figured that out,I do believe the gear defintly helped me too get where I'm at faster but I also no I could've did it without it with alittle more time, I took over the counter E-block one of those times , and yea it kinda had bad effects on me knotty under my nipples and getting hard is still difficult sumtimes I'm not messing with it agian for along time..I will say the tren did put half an inch on my arms that I never lost, wouldn't have believed it if it wasn't my arms..but over all with the mistakes of taking gear, how do you feel about my progress over all? I'm going for 210lbs on diet and creatine alone..I've never been over 198lbs..
