I'm flirting with the idea of trying a cycle for the first time to see what kind of results I would get.
Here are some stats about myself:
Current weight: 178
Goal: maybe 190 ish
Age: 23
I take no medications and have no chronic illnesses.
My level of activity is medium-high and is ecelectic in that I do power lifting, some isolation exercises, brazilian jiu jitsu and rock climbing 3-5 times/week.
My diet consists of high protein, high carbs and omega3-6-9 fatty acids. I generally have a big breakfast in the morning consisting of oatmeal and eggs, snacks/extra meals include protein shakes, gainer shakes and pre-made meals that are largely either lentils or quinoa. The rest of it is lunch and dinner meals. I believe my problem right now is that I'm struggling to give myself an appetite that will allow me to consume the right amount of calories.
