Does hgc need to be refrigerated. What is its shelf life at room temp. Keep in mind this is in liquid form already mixed from pelet

Doesn't matter what form your HCG has! It needs to be stored in fridge!

Once mixed it will be good to use up to 30 days when it's stored in the Fridge.

As most have said. As a freeze dried compound it can be stored at room temperature for a pretty long time for a peptide. However once reconstituted with bac water it needs to be refridgerated and will last 1-30 days with very little change, 30-60 days in my experience and opinion, loss of potency will be noticable and seems to vary dependent on size of vial (airspace), storage temp/temp stability and condition of septum.

From what I have read, been told it needs to kept cold. When I pick it up from doctor's office they get it out of the cooler and they give me a frozen gel pak for the trip home.

Also I just read on a carton of freeze dried hCG still in ampule that it is to be kept between 2c-8c which converts to 35.6f-46.4f, so yes like Gas said needs to be refrigerated in any form, makes you wonder how good it is after being sent all over the world, huh?
