Hi everyone,
So I have been working out on and off for about 6 years. About 2 years ago I found Crossfit and feel in love with it. I recently have got the idea that I want to compete, but I am behind a little bit. I was reading a lot of articles talking about how almost all the great Crossfit athletes have used enhancements before or still do. I have a great base, I just want to get that edge. Strenght is very important along with endurance. I was think just running Test for a first cycle. I dont want to over do it because I dont want to mess it up. My diet is really good and I am pretty lean around 10-15% bf. I do Crossfit workouts 6 days a week in the evening and lift in the mornings 3 days a week. Any ideas?
