HCG or T3 for a young women who wants to lose weight?
My co-oed wants to lose about 10 pounds in 2 to 3 months, and she's turning to hormones. She has moderate experience in dieting.
She wants to follow the standard "hcg protocol and diet" that can be found online. I told her t3 would be more effective and probably less dangerous as far as permanent side effects are concerned. T3 doesn't mess with sexual hormones.
She's afraid of needles, so she wanted to use liquid oral HCG.
Would t3 be a better option than HCG for her objectives? she's quite built naturally (too much for her liking) so i dont think muscle-wasting would be a probleme for her.
Should i set her on T3 or oral HCG?
she would be doing 20 mins cardio every morning on wake-up and follow a high-protein diet of 1200 to 1500 cals
she's 25, 5'5 , 135-140Last edited by Zydial; 01-16-2013 at 06:25 PM.

I have a few girlfriends that tried the oral HCG and didn't like it all. I would agree w/you t3 suggestion assuming her diet and training aren't lacking some major components.

Oral HCG doesnt exist...may as well drink water. It's the 500 cal diet that causes the weight (and muscle) loss!

10 pounds in 2 to 3 months is doable without any type of stimulant and she will even have plenty of chance to mess up on her diet a few times a still get away with it. If she still insists on using supplements, from my experience the best thing would be an ECA stack. Better, safer than clen / T3 and without the bothersome sides.

The HCG diet is junk and taking t3 while not on cycle will cause muscle loss.Tell your friend to join and hit the diet section. They will help her.She also needs to do cardio.Good luck.

10 lbs in three months? I have no idea why the treadmill will not work. Maybe throw in an ECA stack if she feels that she must take something. I know guys who have taken T3 with success, but does she really want to mess around with her thyroid to lose 10 lbs.?
