    Newbie needs help

I have been injecting test enanthate for about three months as prescribed by my dr for low test. I get 5ml per month. Im over weight(fat lol) and want to get in better shape. I would like to be cut and in great shape but am by no means interested in being a hard core body builder. A friend and I joined a gym and are working out 5 days a week doing both cardio and lifting. So far I'm down 15 pounds in about two months. I am interested in starting a cycle I believe and want to do the right one. I did a bit of reading on here and the novice 2-2 cycle kind of appealed to me more than the others. Is this a good one to go with? I read in one of the newie threads that you cannot ask on here where to get steroids. SO, dancing on the fine line here, how do I go about locating them? I realize you cant just come out and say where but perhaps a direction.. or atleast one NOT to go in, I would hate to be using some counterfit junk. Will being on a cycle cause my test to test high when the dr checks my blood every 3 months? I dont want to show up to the doc and have him freak out about my blood results as he is also my diabetes dr. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance for it!

If you are overweight, the first thing you need to do is get your diet in check. Post it up in the nutrition forum starting with what you ate today. Let the pros over there help you tweek your eating habbits and teach you how to eat right. Untill you understand the importance of proper diet and get that taken care of, no steroids or gym time in the world is going to help you achieve your goals. Also it is very serious that you be in your correct weight class for your age, frame, and height because being overwieght and juicing will make you more suceptable to gyno and other health risks....Get your body fat down to at least 18% before condsidering a cycle. Then a common beginner cycle is always test e or c 400 to 500mg wk, Best cutters to stack it with imo is anavar or winny......And yes, of course your doctor will know when he checks your test levels.... Make sure understand what pct and ai's are how to run them properly......Sources are not hard to find, just stick around and read between the lines, make some friends and be patient....But dont ask again for a source, you might get yourself banned.....good luck ......As far as where NOT to look, if it looks or sounds to good/easy to be true, then it IS! Be cautious of anyone reaching out to you out of the blue and offering to help. Chances are they are going to scam you. Especially on other boards where they allow you to recieve pm's with on only one post.....Just be patient, read, read, read all the threads and stickies and start talking to people. You figure out who is stand up. After 100 posts you can ask a willing vet or staff member for a source check, but not a source

Stats? Diet and cardio are what you need to focus on.

IMO i really don't think you need steroids for your specific goals. with your recently started TRT, and a good diet and cardio program, you can easily reach your goals. just let your body adjust to the TRT and you'll know what i mean.

Thanks for the help guys. I am 6'1" and 242 pounds now. I was down to 205 and had to start taking insulin wich fattened me up to 260. I have since been able to get off of the insulin and have started losing weight again. I dont eat perfect but have a pretty clean diet. I pretty much just eat meat and green vegetables. I very rarely eat any bread, potatoes, rice, sugar, etc. I try to stick to the metabolic syndrome diet. As my dr said, if its white or sweet spit it out, it dont belong in your mouth. How do you find out what your body fat percentage is?

That doesn't help, how about you inform him what to do or use to check his body fat rather than just tell him "there are several ways / tools", I'm sure he knows that.

His questions was "How do you find out what your body fat percentage is?", he didn't ask how many ways / tools are there to check your body fat percentage..............

Get yourself a caliper HOGG, it's the most common tool used to gauge body fat & it's pretty accurate too.

Refer to this link. These pics are a fair representation of bodyfat %'s so you can estimate from that.

Bear is right, calipers are pretty good although fairly difficult to use an less accurate above 20-25%.

Most of the gyms have calipers there and if you ask a trainer they can pinch you and get an idea.

There are a couple of methods, you can google a body fat calculator, although this isn't the most accurate method. Another option is callipers. You can buy callipers online (just google it) in most sporting goods stores, or have a local trainer at a gym do it for you (you can also just google trainers in your area and send an email asking what they charge, shouldn't be more than $20). You can also take a picture of yourself, blur out your face if you wish, and post it for us to see. Many members here are VERY adept at estimating BF, and will give you a surprisingly accurate number. Finally, for the most accurate measurement, you can use a bodpod. It's a method of measurement done by submerging you in water. It is by far the most accurate method. Simply google "bodpod" to find one near you.
