Gyno and vitamin B6
Can someone that's tried this, please reply back or if you know someone that's done this and it's a proven method?
I've read that 200-300mg of vitamin B6 per day goes a long way in preventing gyno from occurring when on a cycle. Is this true?
They sell vitamin B6 in 200mg here in my chemist and I was wondering if it was worth me getting it as I started my cycle 4 days ago (test and Deca 500/400 per week).
Thanks

I wouldn't rely on using vitamin b6 to prevent gyno.
Supposedly it can help control prolactin, but you should be running an AI and possibly prami/caber for the deca .
I assume you mean MCG, not MG? that's a LOT of vitamin b6...

That's gonna be some expensive pee.
Unless you have an actual deficiency, usually b vitamins aren't worth taking orally from my understanding. you just piss out what your body doesn't use, so extra won't be of help. someone correct me if i'm wrong there, but i'm pretty sure of that

Vit B6 helps to control and reduce prolactin-related gyno. But it has around up to 20% biological use if taken orally so you would have to eat like handful of caps ED to fulfill this effect. Better way is use injectable IM B6. I am shooting 100mg B6, 100mg B12 and 1mg B1 every day for last 5 months and it is great.

Do some research on vitamins at examine.com. About the best, unbiased site out there, IMHO. Also look at Zinc and Calcium d-Glucarate.

Nah this is my first cycle (I know about the don't run deca on first cycle) but with proper planning it can be done.
4 of my friends just finished their first cycle exactly the same as I'm doing and after pct they gained 6-8kgs of muscle and lost about 3-5% body fat.
But having said that you have to workout to the point of failure during pct or it all disappears.
I'm already planning my next cycle starting in August.
Remember eat clean, don't eat too much salt/sodium, cut down on fats, eat 6-8 times a day, train your as* off right throughout.
Drink at least 3-4 liters of water per day.
Make sure you have everything at hand incase of side affects, last thing you need is trying to find a source when gyno is starting to kick in.
The only issue I'm having now is pain at the injection site for 3 days but it doesn't stop me from pushing myself, I just do legs just before my next jab.
