    Question halotestin for a runner?

First off . I AM NOT A BODYBUILDER. ... I have been running for the past year. I have dropped some bodyfat and improved . My standard run is a 5k . I usually do at least 4 times a week. I also run a 10k once a week. And fill in the rest of the time with 100,100 and 400 meter sprints. I was wandering if halo could be used as a good pre workout aid. And of coarse to increase recovovery time and catabolic effects of longer runs while on a moderate calorie diet(but not extreemly low calorie) . I DONT WANT TO GAIN BULK OR WATER WEIGHT Thanks much Matt

I don't think Halo would be very good for that.
    EQ might fit the bill.

Just for kicks, what's your personal best in a 5K, and your age? I ran for 6 years straight. It was like a darn religion to me, I was so passionate about it.

My personal best 5k is 23 minutes. Thats with a 12 lb weight vest. When I started It was about 31 minutes. As you can tell from my times I am not a "runner" . I went from about 197 lbs to around 180 in the past few months . I would like to get down to about 170 and run a 5k in 21 minutes . I am 37

reason I am curious about halotestin is because according to the profile= It increases vo2. increases red blood cells, stimulates fast twitch musscles and doesn'tcause alot of mass gain. On paper this sounds ideal for a runner. But experiences are always different. I am curios about anavar also.

You'll have some very unpleasant back/calf pumps if you take halo for endurance
I personally would not recommend androgen's for an endurance athlete
I would take EPO but you do not want to fuk around with this stuff if you don't know what your doing

Like nobloat stated, on paper halo seems ideal for a cyclist/runner. I was looking into halo as a possibility.
But I already have issues with calf cramping. (muscle compartmentalization)

So I was also researching Methyltestosterone , and it seems (on paper) to
be another good anabolic for endurance type athletes. Any thoughts.

(BTW- not interested in injections- so please no lectures, thanks)

Right. So I should start another exactly the same?
I figured it would be better to respond to the thread rather than create
a similar one. Didn't want to be the guy who regurgitates older threads and posts with
nearly identical posts. If you would rather I did that, then I will. Thanks.
