Crashed my Natural E2, post pct. what can I do?
Hi guys I've finally realized what had been wrong w me. I crashed my natural estrogen levels and wondering how long until they rebound? I stopped the AI 2 days ago aromasin . Reason I used is bc I used dutasteride and it made me estro dominant while the whole time me controlling it put it in the negative. I'm literally experiencing some of the extremes of menopause! How long can I expect? My balls are of good size my PCT was a success. Thanks guys

You SHOULD start returning in a cpl weeks IF you don't have long term problems. I have heard some bad shyt about permenent issues ppl have after using dutasteride!

Thanks but I only used it 1 week. The "perm" sides are due to the sway in estrogen, usually higher than normal. Also tanking DHT will cause lowered libido no matter what.
If my test is fine, how can I have problems? Could my body no longer produce aromatase ???!
Thinking of taking some clomid, like 20 mg for its agonist and antagonistic properties as positive effects on bone and liver lipids. What you think?

Let it be dude. Your e2 levels should come back on they're own without anymore compounds needed. The body is amazing in how it heals itself. Give a little time and quit wigging out like a menopausal girl.

Guys the thing is I am starting to get some severe symptoms of menopause like muscle twitching, extreme fatigue, sleepiness, confusion.. Should I be concerned? I think what I was doing was water starving the hell out of my body for weeks bc im getting the symptoms of chronic dehydration. I went to the ER a few days ago they ran tests and told me i was fun and sent me home. Ive been drinking water all day but im really lost as to when ill get back to life.
i know estrogen regulates water distribution and such but i feel like unless i get my E2 levels up quick, Im going to be like this for a while. My body is certainly dehydrated
