now i got one on quad injections. i have injected into my glute and loved it. soreness for a couple days but thats expected. What are the chances of hitting a vein or nerve in your quad. Hoq bad does it reall hurt. (hitting a nerve just gives me the chills thinking about it)

i have hit both before but it isn't as frequent as other muscle groups. i have a pretty good idea where the veins i can't see are hiding, but it always happens every once in a while.

neither hurt, although hitting a vein will cause a bruise to form while the nerve will just be a quick twang that goes away instantaneously. i never felt soreness or anything from jabbing a nerve by mistake in my delts.
