letro and acne

I'm thinking of ordering some letro because I have some gyno that I want to take care of. However I was researching and noticed that many people were claiming letro gave them acne, which worries me quite a bit since I am VERY acne prone (acne is just now at bay at the moment). Would running some accutane along with the letro counter this?

You were probably on gear or just coming off of it though when you started running it, which did happen for some people. I'm doing this off cycle (haven't cycled for a year). I think its due to a hormonal imbalance or something...

If I slowly ramp up the letro dosage will this prevent any hormonal fluctuation

I am also very ance prone and have used letro off cycle to help reverse gyno. Did have any more then average problems while taking it. I did however diet so that i was only eating clean foods (bad food causes me to break out). Be very careful when tapering down and coming off. Letro can cauze a mean estrogen rebound which i found out about the hard way.

i was 4 month off cycle when i ran some letro to start a new cycle 2 week at .25 ed for 2 weeks before cycle to get in my system and acne cleared up quick.

Estrogen and estrogen test ratio are a strange thing when it comes to acne. Too much e = acne ; too little e = acne. Hard to say. I personally would use a serm to treat gyno alongside low dose exemestane to manage e2.
