After lots of discussion, diet, supplements, combination of exercises. I came up with below cycle to be my first cycle. Comments and suggestions are appreciated.


Main Cycle

Cycle Duration: 12 weeks
Testosterone Enanthate : 500MG EW (250MG Monday, 250MG Thursday)
HCG : 50MG EW (25MG Sunday, 25MG Wednesday)
Adex: 0.25MG EOD (AI Purposes)

------- Cycle Ends
HCG: 50MG EW (25MG Sunday, 25MG Wednesday) - 3 more pins after cycle finishes (same routine Sunday and Wednesday)

2 Weeks after last Test-E

PCT - Post Cycle Therapy

PCT Duration: 4 Weeks (every day dose)
Week 1: Clomid 75MG and Nolva 40MG
Week 2: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 40MG
Week 3: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 20MG
Week 4: Clomid 50MG and Nolva 20MG

HCG is in IU not MG and you need 250iu twice a week.

start week one until 4days before starting PCT.

Yeah I converted 250iu into MGs and it came up as 25mg but I meant 250IU,
Yeah HCG, it's about 4, 5 days before PCT

A note ...for me being an Ecto... Long cycles worked much better then short like 16 plus.....crazy mike

I was going for 10, but then decided to go for 12, I think for the very first cycle I should be fine for 12.
