    what would be best steroid to help rotator cuff injury

    Its not torn. Hurts i had a cortisone shot that helped a lot and still working out . What would be the best cycle to do

    HGH would be your best bet.I wold do wat the Doctor says as far as training goes.

    Typically it's 5 grams a day, and you should start to see some pain relief around the one month mark. That's what I know about MSM.
