prolactin gyno Vs estrogenic gyno

hey guys,

how would you recognize prolactin induced gyno from estrogenic gyno without doing bloodwork?

is there any way to know ?

I have experienced that prolactin gyno do not itch and is really painful.

On the other hand, estrogenic gyno caused a lump and itches A LOT.

can you confirm ? please any experiences would be very valuable.

There is no such thing as prolactin gyno in the absence of elevated estrogen.
Often the effect one associates with prolactin gyno is actually nipple puffiness and sensitivity due to progesterone. Much like an ovulating woman experiences. This isny gyno. Gybo is growth of breast tissue.
Also of note elevated estrogen has a direct correlation on elevated prolactin. Progesterone does not. Progesterone upregulates the prolactin receptors but NOT is breast tissue. So running caber or bromo doesnt prevent "prolactin gyno" because their isnt prolactin gyno. It will address some sexual sides associated with the upregulation of the prolactin receptors.
Bottom line - control estrogen.
If you are that sensitivity and puffiness is most likely progesterone induced and not gyno.

Thanks for this Jimmy...im currently om a test cyp/deca cycle so Ive been a little concerned about both of these possibilities and its a little confusing.So far no symptoms.Taking a-dex .25 eod and waiting for ar-r bromo to arrive just in case.Thanks again for dropping this knowledge.
