    Endurance Athletes

From what I have been reading on the forum and other sources, it appears that there are a few oral anabolics that would be beneficial for cyclists distance runners swimmers and triathletes. Methyltestosterone , Halo, Turinabol and Anavar seem to fit the bill. Although with Halo, I understand that 'pump' may cause some issues with cramping.

Are there any endurance athletes on the board who have had experience with these different compounds. My main goal is to aid in the recovery of my body after hard training rides and some competition. Adding a little bit of strength would be okay but is not my primary goal. 5'8" 158, 13%. Also, not considering any type of injection. Thanks.

I am curious also, especially with what would aid in MMA/wrestling type endurance

Well look at what lance a ran. Admitted to test, hgh, doping, and epo. Basically anything that will increase red blood cell count.

For mma, low dose test, hgh are the normal I know.

    Thanks T-
But I am not looking for an epo type of effect, and those are all injectables. Definitely not going that route.

His agenda is/was different than mine. I'm nearing 48 and just want to be able to recover
and feel a bit better after riding 3-4 days with 15-20k of total ascent and racing a few times
during the year. The last two seasons, I have found that I am wiped out by September after putting
in these types of consistent rides from May-June on. My goal includes even more climbing this year
so that will take even more of a toll on the old body.

For cardio fitness EQ for sure great for fighters and other athletes. MTR is awesome stuff for strength but so harsh.

I can't edit my posts OP I think a nice TRT or higher dose of test maybe 300mg per week plus EQ 300-400 mg per week might be just right. I always give thumb up to adding anavar . Very mild.

Only issue I see with EQ is the detection time for mma.
