    Anavar

I am posting this because i have a few questions on anavar .

I am not real familar with this AAS. I have used a lot of other different orals but never have used anavar. So my question is... Can anavar be used as a stand alone AAS.... or does it have to be used with something like Test C or Test E.

    Stats

    age... 36
    height... 5'6"
    weight.. 250
    Bf......... 25%

No oral ought to be used without test, or any AAS cycle for that matter.

Do more research on AAS, lower your body fat% and plan a quality cycle that you will enjoy and get good results out of in the end. Otherwise you're wasting your time, effort and money, and putting your health at risk for no good reason.

First you need your bf% down to 15% or less to keep any sides to a minimum.

Second, as said test needs to be ran with EVERYTHING for a base to a cycle.

Once you get that stuff taken care of we can get into anavar . 6-8wk cycle length. Anywhere from 60-100mgs is normal for males.

Diet/ clean eating and cardio fixes that. 45min sessions. Walk on a incline.

    I wouldnt go above 6days a week. I stick to 6days.

Just figure out your target heart rate to burn fat. Id guess somewhere around 130bpm.

That is what i came up with too as far as my heart rate... I have only been doing 3 days a week at 45 minutes. And then i am lifting the other 4 days a week. Keeping my lifting at high volume and not so much using real heavy weight. Guess i need to add some more cardio in

Thanks... i will get to it. I just hate walking. It sucks. I would much rather run or jog. But i know that doesnt really do much for burning fat.

Hiit training does work. Very well actually, but at your weight and bf% it will be hard on your body.

High intensity interval training. Basically cahanging the heart rate.

One way to do this is sprint for 30seconds then walk/jog for 1 minute.

Yep... I have been doing that. I try to change the time that i run and walk tho so my body doesnt get use to what i am doing. I all of my cardio on a treadmill because of my weight. Trying to do anything outside is just to hard on my joints and i end up hurting pretty bad for several days. So i just stick to the treadmill.
