I know that I can't do this to myself but while I am on my head
Messes with me something fierce. I'll have a bad workout or just want to take a few days off to recoup 100% and I think I'm wasting the drugs. Anyone else do this to themselves? I know that it's only due to not enough sleep from working too much but when 3/4 workouts are beast and then one just sucks it brings me down terribly.
