Idk about anyone else but i dont req any type of bread daily. Maybe once a week or so on a weekend when u wanna a sandwich but bread just dont help lose weight. On Clen I like 1 week on and 7-8 days off. Some people do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off an even 2-4 days on and 2-4 days off. Everyone is different so I always juggle to what suits me the best. I eat lots of chicken, fish, rice and greens through out the day. Snacks for me is apples and almonds mainly. I use 2 meal replacement shakes during the day as well from a local nutrition shop here that is made right in front of me. I say switch it up to what fits you man. Plenty of people here are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing so take a little advice from each and use it for yourself. I change stuff all time to keep my body up beat and progressing. The biggest thing you can take from everyone here is how bad you want the change and how hard your gonna work. People would laugh if they knew the motivation I got to change my body in super fast time...lol.
