So right now I'm dieting and trying to cut down to start my second cycle on the first of May. I'm hoping to figure out about a 16 week cycle to carry me through summer, right up till I head to lake powell in early Sept. My first Cycle was very successful, almost too successful. I did 500MG Test E for 12 weeks, put on about 15lbs lean( could have put on more easily but my athletic ability was taking a serious beating so I cut my calories down).
My Current stats are 37 years old, 230lbs at about 14% BF. I'm cutting down to around 10-11% BF and am hoping to cut down my weight to 215-220 to start the cycle. I’m trying to do it slowly and carefully so I don’t lose much LBM, so I figure 5lbs a month is a good pace. I still have my AI from the first cycle and all my PCT. The only thing I’m missing is HCG, my hook up is gone, but I figure I can figure that all out over the next few months.
Looking for some advice as to what would be a good 2nd cycle I could do for around 16 weeks? Goal is to put on 10-15lbs of lean mass again
