    Preraring and researching for 2nd cycle

    So right now I'm dieting and trying to cut down to start my second cycle on the first of May. I'm hoping to figure out about a 16 week cycle to carry me through summer, right up till I head to lake powell in early Sept. My first Cycle was very successful, almost too successful. I did 500MG Test E for 12 weeks, put on about 15lbs lean( could have put on more easily but my athletic ability was taking a serious beating so I cut my calories down).

    My Current stats are 37 years old, 230lbs at about 14% BF. I'm cutting down to around 10-11% BF and am hoping to cut down my weight to 215-220 to start the cycle. Iím trying to do it slowly and carefully so I donít lose much LBM, so I figure 5lbs a month is a good pace. I still have my AI from the first cycle and all my PCT. The only thing Iím missing is HCG , my hook up is gone, but I figure I can figure that all out over the next few months.

    Looking for some advice as to what would be a good 2nd cycle I could do for around 16 weeks? Goal is to put on 10-15lbs of lean mass again

    Do it again if that's the case. Why change it?

    Very true, and that is the way I'm leaning. I thought about doing an oral the first 4 weeks, just to kick start things, I just am back and forth on it. Figured get all my options on the table and then make an educated decision on it.

    naa. Forget kick starters. Especially if you plan on staying on for 16 weeks. Just be aggressive with your PCT.

    Yeah, I was pretty aggressive last time. I really only had side effects through PCT and for a month or so after, and that was just occasional acne, but man they were larger than normal and hurt like hell.

    That would suck. According to your plans, you would be running PCT during your trip to Lake Powell.

    My trip to powell would fall right in the 2 weeks, technically the second week, after my last pin, which is ideal. Then I'd start PCT, the day I get back. Last year I took my last pin at powell, and it was just a pain bringing and hiding my gear on a boat full of people.
