T-bol on workout days only?
What do you guys think about taking tbol on workout days only? I'll be taking 300mg of test e along with it too. I understand the half life of the tbol is about 16hrs. However, if i was taking test e, my hormone levels shouldn't fluctuate since they would already be altered by being on the test.....right? I've done 3 successful test e cycles before, and wanted to add tbol this time.

LOL. Go everyday to keep blood levels steady. Your muscles do grow on days off you know. If you're going to feed them a compound it is best to keep it consistent. TBOL has a pretty short half life.

Depends on the person and goals. I can find an argument for both of them. Although if I had to pick one I feel Tbol is more "truely" effective!

Would you agree that if you were doing a clean bulk and didnt want any water retention , do TBOL
and for a more dirty bulk were water is not a big concern, do DBOL

Tbol doesn't convert to estrogen and dbol does, so definitely, you will prefer Tbol. Dbol has a much shorter half life and works differently than Tbol. You can take it effectively on workout days only for nitrogen retention and recovery. Also you can take bigger doses while pulsing it and not have the BP issues you might with continual use. Tbol should be taken continually.
