dbol 50mg + test e 500 mg questions
Wats up bodybuilders
im on my 17th day of my cycle .. of course the test did not kick in i should start feeling it in 2 week or so but for now i have a questions about my dbol .
Alright i took 3-5 pounds .. i dont feel bloat or anything .. my strenght increased a little but nothing crazy .
i have headcaches some time .. back pump also but it happenend like 3 times only
age : 23
experience : first cycle ever after 3 years of hard lifting
weight : 187-188 ( right now )
height : 5f9
My diet is pretty good and i drink all the water i can.. i know what im doing ive been lifting for 3 and half year now bodybuilding is my passion
I wanna know is this normall cuz when i read about dbol cycle they all took like 20 pounds ( of water ) strenght going crazy ..

thanks for the reply
i eat every 2 and a half hour
1st meal : 6 eggs + greek yogourt + banana + chocolate milk + vector cereals
2nd meal : white rice with chicken + bread
3rd meal : protein shake
4th meal : tuna sandwitch with greek yogourt
5th meal : white rice with chiecken bbq sauce + bread
for a total of around 2800 calories

how many calories am i suposed to eat ? and why the strenght are not as insane as others cycle that i read on the forum

Post a question in the nutrition section to get help on your nutrition. This should have been done BEFORE you cycled buddy. You don't eat, you won't grow. Moreover, when you finish your cycle, if your caloric intake is too low you will lose those gains.
