    What should be run with TEST/TREN before during after too prevent gyno??????

    I'm obvously sumwhat prone too gyno, now I've done a cycle or 2 not very smartly..and I have knotts under my nips not noticable too the eye but nevertheless painful..I'm trying too atleast get them manageable before I cycle agian, I actually plan on waiting awhile stil before I cycle, but my QUESTION is if I run TREN ACE and TEST what should I run before during and after too keep this from getting worse??.. NOLVADEX? CLOMID? LETRO?

    I'm not looken for smart elic answers lol I need legitement answers..THANkS!!!

    Currently 5'11 200lbs 16" arms cold ,neck 17 1/2" ,chest 44", thighs 24"

    Been lifting 2years now started at 150 lbs

    Currently taking almost 5-6000calories Aday.

    Goal 17" arms and whatever amount of weight too achieve that.

    Prohormone 1 1/2 years ago superdrol 5weeks.
    1year ago tren/test 4 weeks
    8 months ago deca/test 10 weeks

    Estrogen management you need to run an AI like adex from the start. If you plan to cycle you should lay out your entire plan including AI and pct.
    Did you use an AI on previous cycles or PCT? More than likely not reason for the current gyno issue.

    Alright.

    Although you didn't specify your age, it is obvious from what is written above that you jumped on the AAS wagon a bit early.

    What is done is done, but you need to be aware of a couple of things that has happened so far, since these will effect your future as a male;

    - You have most likely messed up your natural Testosterone levels by not only running those 3 cycles but also largely because you didn't use a proper AI or did PCT after the cycles were over. Cycles themselves were not designed correctly either.

    - Again, lack of an AI has caused gyno formation, which will get only worse as you continue to run cycles in the future.

    ... so, I suggest you stay away from secondary compounds if determined to run a cycle anyway, especially 19nors (Deca and Tren) and run a proper Testosterone only cycle with a solid estrogen management protocol, same goes for HCG use and PCT.

    The only reason I am actually advising you is because you have already run multiple cycles and obviously seem to have figured out how to eat like a lifter. I still don't know about your age though...

    Yes I have issues with erection that I defintly never had before, and no I didn't have a pct on any cycle, while I was in deca and sustanon I used a over the counter e-block that actually seemed too help believe it or not..and about 4-5 months ago I was gonba do superdrol/test/tren had it starred for not even a week and my bipod started getting very sensitive..so I stopped and started running letro witch nearly completly cleared it up..unroll about 2weeks after I quit the letro estrogen rebound I suppose..so I started some letro agian lastnight hopefully I haven't waited too long, it isn't getting worse but it isn't getting better still hurts when I press on them, yea I gotta get it cleared up because I eventually wona run some more..

    And yes I was and Probly still am too young honestly..i was to stubborn too listen..it took me 6 months and working out wayyyy too much too figure out you gota eat big too get big..

    I think it might be wise to try an aggressive pct with some hcg to try and get things sorted out before jumping into another cycle.

    Yes sir that's what I wona do..I'm afraid if it gets much worse if will be visible too the eye..I feel I need too wait awhile anyways,, just go on diet for alittle while

    At you age just eating to get big(not fat) and trakning hard will get you the goals you want and they will be permanent.

    Thanks I'll do that, I'm hopen the letro works..I don't look fag in my avatar pic right? Lol it's alittle behind tho..man I don't even like too admit I eat crap like pizza..ive always prided myself in eating clean but that's the only way I put on weight..literally I've been franking a dozen eggs a day eating steak chicken protien shakes mass gain shakes and everythang inbetween ever 2hours I just make shure too not eat sweets anythang with trams fat, and make shure I get over 200 grams of protien and pack on the calories..and the reason I won't too cycle eventually is I feel I'm packen in my arms compared too the rest of me..

    Yes it was my first cycle I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it myself but I went from 15" arms cold too 15 1/2" arms cold in 3 weeks on tren ace and sus.. On 75 mg eod..yea it's tempting too do it agian when it's setting in my droor but I'm waiting,.
