    blood pressure

    Hey,
I am going to start a cycle soon.

    Week 1-4 D-bol 40mg a day
    Week 1-8 Test Enathate 500mg
Week 1-8 Deca 300mg (maybe I might not use Deca)

The last time I went to the Doctor I had a blood pressure of 140/90 which is a little high I was wondering since this is my first cycle should I be worried about this what could I do to lower it I do cardio 30 min. a day is there any drugs I could get. I just don't want my heart to have any problems. Would it help to take novladex throughout the cycle to prevent water retention.

    Derek

You already have high BP and your about to stick yourself with decca and pop some dbol . Plus your 19. Come bro, I know you think you can handle the juice but do you see a little bit of a problem here?

    Re-think your decisions

How high do you guys consider unsafe to start a cycle? Mine is 130/82 sometimes.

Lowering my sodium intake helped with my bloodpressure.

Needtobe-130/82 is moderately high, but nothing to worry about.

And i definately agree w/ Pheedno's post, btw

I measured mine the other night at a Drug Mart. They have those machines were you stick your arm in it. It says for arms between 8 and 13 inches. Well I could barely wriggle my arm in there. It informed me that my blood pressure was pretty much through the roof. I'm hoping that it's from the machine being too small.

What does everyone use to measure their blood pressure?

I bought a machine for my home. it only costs around $40 at walmart.
its a Reli-on digital bp machine and is automatic. Make sure to get the one with the largest cuff- i have it, and i still have to wiggle my arm in there.
