HCG usage!! Why so complicated!!?

Ok so I need to vent a bit, because right when I think I have everything figured out about cycling and a basic common knowledge about everything steroid related.. I seem to come back on here after a few months and end up reading entirely different information, different protocols, and different recommendations. Not sure why some kind of medical genius can't simply outline proper ways to run certain compounds, granted I know everyone's body's react differently to different things, but I don't understand how some compounds can have so many different protocols for cycling.

Anyways, so up until now I read what seemed to be a feasible protocol in the past for hcg claiming to run throughout cycle at a dose of 1000-2000iu weekly shooting 500-1000iu each shot twice a week. And if ran during pct, smaller doses such as 250iu ED was recommended to promote recovery.

Now Im reading that 250iu 2-3x a week is recommended during cycle and do not use hcg during pct at all. If that's the case, fine, means less hcg to buy. But that stirs up a whole different question then... Some basic math says if your gonna run hcg at 500iu a week, then your standard 5000iu vial is now going to last 10 weeks.. 10 weeks for an item that people seem to state is only useful up to 30 days after constituting with Bac water.. And a believe it's also been stated that preloading and freezing hcg filled syringes isn't an option for hcg either... So I need to figure out how people are using 5000iu before it expires? Lol

Your hcg's fine for much longer than 30 days. Just keep it in the fridge. You'll be fine using it for 10 weeks.

Yes, you can use it longer than a month. I though animated AVI's were blocked.
